POSITION SUMMARY

The primary function of this position is to assist AERO Federal Credit Union in living out its mission of "Providing simple solutions to help our members achieve their financial goals." One of the primary means to achieve this end is to ensure that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members. A key component of this service is to identify the financial needs of the member and recommend an appropriate credit union solution. Responsible for ensuring that outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members. In addition, provides high quality service, defined as ensuring prompt and accurate processing of loans. Working with automobile dealers in accepting and processing vehicle loan applications. Contacting members by telephone to verify collateral, contract details, and generally introduce and welcome them to AERO. Duties include input & updating member loan data into the computer system, assist loan officers in collecting information, collate, review and verify loan documents for accuracy. File and maintain loan records, disburses checks to appropriate parties as well as quoting & posting of loan payoffs. Provides notary services for members.
