Real Estate Finance Firm We are seeking one highly qualified Customer Service Representative / Loan Processor to join our growing real estate finance firm. You will work directly alongside our funding department and assist with the day-to-day operations of a busy, fast-paced lending office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll work in the Loan Processor department helping manage the daily flow of active real estate loans and customer service. Your responsibilities may include communicating with borrowers, brokers, escrow and title companies, lenders and other parties; collecting and organizing loan documentation; assisting with loan files from application through closing; following up on outstanding items; and helping keep transactions moving forward. Again, there is absolutely no selling involved.
