• additional life insurance available for employee and family Educational assistance program Employee assistance program Essential Job Responsibilities The Electronic Services Representative is responsible for providing member support, problem resolution, and completing electronic transfers of funds.

Works with the team to ensure members are supported in all areas of Electronic Services (ES). Assumes responsibility for processing requests for electronic services. Access Federal Reserve for processing and/or confirmation of wires. Resolve complex member questions and complaints related to electronic services. Process share/loan transactions and adjustments. Complete log for all Regulation E error resolutions. Support cards, including but not limited to processing card orders, blocking lost/stolen cards, unrestricting cards, and awards redemptions. Assists members and staff with digital banking-relation questions. Process items deposited via Remote Deposit Capture. Contact members regarding potentially fraudulent payment transactions. Assist with various department responsibilities including ACH, bill pay and share drafts. Review department policies and procedures to ensure accuracy. Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. Ability to be bonded and to retain bond ability Knowledge of credit union principles and procedures and member service philosophy One to three years of similar or preparatory experience Strong verbal and written English communication skills Computer and software proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Financial) Accurate typing/data entry Ability to work on a PC for 6-8 hours per day Ability to evaluate, plan, and prioritize work effectively and independently Adaptable to changing situations Ability to solve problems Ability to work with others in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner Makes decisions with integrity Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
