Monday•Friday 8:30 a.m.•5:30 p.m., with alternating Saturdays and Late Shift Fridays 9:30am to 6:00pm.
Salary Range:
$64,400•$90,100 per year, which is base pay. Compensation will be based on candidate qualifications. Job Scope/Duties The Payment Services Specialist supports the accurate, secure, and timely delivery of card and payment services, including debit and credit card maintenance, disputes, fraud support, wire transfers, ACH, electronic payments, transaction research, reconciliations, and exception resolution. This role assists members and employees, works with internal departments and service providers, follows regulatory and operational controls, maintains accurate records, and contributes to process improvements while delivering professional, responsive service in a fast-paced environment. Experience/Minimum Education Requirements 2•4 years of related experience in a financial institution Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent level of education and experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Knowledge of debit and credit card services, ACH, wires, electronic payments, applicable regulations, and financial institution practices. Strong research, analytical, communication, and member service skills, with the ability to resolve transaction issues, follow detailed procedures, manage competing priorities, and complete work accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payment processing systems is preferred.
