Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM âś… Direct Hire | Permanent Opportunity | No Weekends About the Role Join a growing credit union team where you'll be the face of the organization, helping members with everyday banking transactions while providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building relationships in a stable, career-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, and cashier's checks. Provide friendly, professional service and assist members with questions and account inquiries. Educate members on credit union products and services that may benefit their financial needs. Maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail. Research and resolve member issues by partnering with internal departments. Support other branch locations as needed and participate in community events. Qualifications âś… 1-3 years of customer service experience (banking, retail, hospitality, or other face-to-face environments preferred) âś… Strong communication and relationship-building skills âś… Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond âś… Basic math, cash-handling, and computer skills âś… Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
