Responsible for accurately and efficiently scanning documents into the Bank's imaging system to ensure files are kept current with all information received daily. Duties include mailing insurance letters to clients for insurance exceptions daily and contacting insurance companies or agents to follow up on coverage, renewals, and outstanding requirements. Ensure mortgage loans are properly registered with the tax servicing company and prepare and distribute monthly reports related to force-placed insurance and delinquent taxes. Responsible for processing escrow disbursements for insurance and real estate taxes, handling related reimbursements, and reviewing escrow analyses. Strong communication skills required. Proficiency in PC Windows applications, including Word and Excel, and familiarity with banking core systems such as FIS/Bankway Horizon preferred. Knowledge of loan servicing practices, Banking Regulations, and experience with consumer, Residential, Commercial and Construction loans insurance requirements.
