As an Operations Hire Ahead, you will learn and perform various duties within the Operations Teams to ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. At work, your Primary Responsibilities will include: Picking up, sorting, and processing mail from USPS. Imaging and reviewing documents for readability and storage. Fulfilling supply requests and managing interoffice mail. Processing loan maintenance requests and securing liens on titles for consumer loans. Reviewing and processing faxes, emails, and phone calls. Processing consumer and real estate payoff quotes. Maintaining homeowner's insurance records, keying mortgage payments, and processing reconveyances. Assisting with account research including photocopy requests, statement reviews, etc. Maintaining deposit accounts, keeping reports, and processing various transactions. Interpreting and keying system exceptions related to card accounts. Completing various card and ATM maintenance. Maintaining and supporting positive vendor relationships. Before you apply, make sure you have: A High School Diploma or GED. The ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records This role will also require some physical abilities including the ability to sit for extended periods of time, lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies, reach keyboards, and operate basic office machines.
