As a progressive financial institution, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fulfill the role of Account and Loan Processor (Member Services Representative) at our eBranch in Mountain Home, ID . Candidates must be eligible for membership at Pioneer to obtain employment. The Remote Services Member Services Representative will assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs; explains services, sets up new accounts or additional deposit products, responds to problems, assists members with their loan applications; and process and makes loan disbursements, delivered through the online and phone channels. This position will ensure that Pioneers service standards are always met while diligently working towards delivering WOW through exceptional service. Matches Credit Union services and products to members needs, and proactively seek new business with members or potential members by utilizing and participating in community events. Responsible for offering and explaining electronic and video services for members convenience. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other team members with a variety of duties.
