Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision while delivering the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Must maintain the highest level of discretion and management of confidential and sensitive information. Receives and reviews incoming loans for boarding. • Processes financial transactions and/or maintenance as required. report on a monthly basis and troubleshoot when needed, assist 3rd party vendor. Supports the bank's loan escrow processes. Maintains a working knowledge of unit policies, procedures, standards and workflow. Will provide internal and external customer service. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Performs initial collateral perfection activities. Reviews executed documents to identify any exceptions; follows up on trailing documents (recorded mortgages, final title policies, UCC Continuations, auto titles, etc. Train new staff in processes and procedures Assist in the maintenance of department procedures including updating compliance. Support Loan Operations Manager with special projects, conversions, and new vendor support. Performs other duties as assigned Assists other areas of the Bank, when necessary Follows all State Bank customer service standards. Participates in bank wide referral program. Qualifications High School education with some college preferred. Possess an understanding of financial institution products and services with an emphasis on Commercial loans. A minimum of three years previous loan operations experience is recommended. Knowledge of commercial loans and/or SBA will be a benefit. Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer. Previous customer service experience and a positive work ethic is required. Skills & abilities Possesses excellent communication, computer, math, and customer service skills. Performs a variety of tasks while remaining detail-oriented, well organized, and able to prioritize to meet deadlines. Exhibits excellent judgment in handling confidential information. Ability to work unsupervised, display effective time management skills while supporting and working in a team environment.
