About this position:
LMCU is looking for a Loan Service Specialist to assist members and LMCU staff with inquiries relating to all Loan Service functions. This Individual will be responsible for effective communication with members, and internal staff while demonstrating LMCU's Five Star Promise. What you'll do: Answer phone calls from members and LMCU staff relating to all Loan Service functions including but not limited to, Release of liens, title questions, processing payoff letters, rates, updating member information, updating insurance, providing monthly billing statements, payment reversals, due date changes, and processing skip-a-payment. Assist with monitoring the Loan Service inbox and responding to member and LMCU staff emails. Maintains accurate and complete member account information.
What You'll Bring:
3 or more years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. Exemplary communication and member service skills. Financial institution experience, including exposure to working with consumer loans What you'll get:
