Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. Job Description Responsible for restructuring large and complex, Corporate and Commercial problem loans. Independently analyzes loans and determines the most effective strategy (restructurings, forbearances, bankruptcies, etc.) to secure the repayment and/or collection of the debt. Negotiates with borrowers and their representatives to secure repayment agreements and monitors adherence to the terms of repayment agreements. Manages both bilateral and syndicated credits, including negotiating and coordinating workout strategies with participant lenders, borrowers, and key stakeholders. May serve as Agent for syndicated credit facilities and lead lender group negotiations. Evaluates borrower, sponsor, guarantor, collateral, and market conditions to identify recovery opportunities and formulate loss mitigation strategies. Present complex credits and recommended action plans to Senior Management in a concise manner. Provides consultation and strategic guidance to internal business line partners regarding the early identification and evaluation of deteriorating loan situations in order to minimize losses and maximize recoveries. Maintains current knowledge of laws, regulations, and rulings related to insolvency, bankruptcy, loan enforcement, and creditor remedies. Mentors junior workout professionals. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, Master Degree a plus
- Ten to fifteen years of workout experience with middle market and large corporate loans. Preferred Skills/Experience
- Corporate and Commercial loan experience; CRE expertise is a plus
- Prior experience with syndicated credits
- Experience serving as the Agent of syndicated credits a plus
- Experience across a broad spectrum of industries.
- Expert knowledge of specialized lending collections including managing litigation
- Advanced knowledge of commercial lending, loan services and credit policy/procedure
- Advanced knowledge of loan collections and workout, loan processing/documentation and credit analysis
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills This role requires working from a U.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. $158,310.00- 193,490.
