Job Duties:
Balance, disburse, and remit property taxes on escrowed loans.
Transaction posting.
Answer bank employee inquiries.
Daily balancing and processing of payments and payoffs received on serviced loans.
Monthly reporting and reconciling serviced loan portfolios.
Onboard and fund new loans.
Desired Education and Skills:
Associate's degree (two years post-high school)
High level of customer service
Attention to detail
Technical and data entry
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Accounts payable
Bank operations or accounting experience
