What You'll Do:
As a Servicing Specialist, you will support the Greenville branch by providing loan origination, accounting, and servicing assistance —all while delivering exceptional service to members and internal partners. Support loan origination by monitoring CRM queues, coordinating internal loan closings, verifying approvals and documentation, and completing post-closing follow-up Maintain accurate digital and hard-copy security files, ensuring all documentation is complete and current Perform loan accounting and servicing activities, including transaction processing, deposits, daily balancing, payment processing, and general ledger entries Monitor system reports, resolve errors, and ensure internal controls, policies, and procedures are followed Maintain collateral insurance and security files, including Deed of Trust releases and UCC continuations or terminationsWhat We Value:
