What the Role Involves Town & Country Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Loan Servicing Associate to join our collaborative lending team. What You'll Do:
As a Loan Servicing Associate, you'll work closely with Loan Officers, Credit Analysts, Underwriters, and Business Loan Assistants to ensure accurate and efficient processing of loan documentation. From verifying loan applications to administering loan-related programs, you'll play a key role in supporting our members through every step of the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure loan applications and closing documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements and TCCU guidelines. Identify and correct errors or missing information in loan files. Review and calculate interest, principal, and payment data using financial tools. Support various loan-related product programs (e.g., credit life/disability insurance, force-placed insurance). Collaborate cross-functionally to move loan documentation smoothly through the approval process. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and departments to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of service. Build positive relationships with members by providing timely and courteous support. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has: A two-year degree or equivalent experience Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn financial systems quickly. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
