! Full-Time Collection Specialist We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour.

We will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and training to become successful in your role. This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and other customer service issues. Collect past due accounts. Retrieve records and information. Research, check, and verify information. Communicate with other businesses, process payments, send paperwork and keep records.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
Preferred:
1 year of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills
