The Opportunity We are seeking versatile and motivated Member Solutions Advisors to join our team. These roles blends member development, lending expertise, and service excellence. You will be a key player in growing our membership, enhancing the member experience, and supporting lending operations—all while helping individuals achieve their financial goals. What You'll Do Member Development & Outreach Lead initiatives to grow membership through strategic outreach and relationship building Coordinate onboarding for new members across digital and in-person channels Conduct welcome calls, orientation sessions, and outreach to inactive accounts Build relationships with Union Pacific departments and Employee Resource Groups Support financial wellness programs and connect members with educational resources Member Experience & Service Provide exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through digital channels Handle service inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and analyze member feedback Generate referrals through member success stories and satisfaction insights Participate in marketing efforts and create promotional materials for products and services. Lending & Loan Services Interview loan applicants, evaluate credit reports, and process consumer and home equity loan applications Prepare and review loan documentation, conduct closings, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Assist with collections activities and maintain accurate loan records Reconcile loan fees and audit member loan files and general ledger accounts Universal Banking & Transactional Support Open and maintain deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and CDs Process financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers Guide members through digital banking tools and promote adoption of Visa® Platinum Rewards credit cards Support debit card issuance, account activity monitoring, and spending account programs What You'll Bring Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong understanding of customer service, banking, and lending principles Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills Experience in financial services, lending, or credit union operations preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Experience evaluating credit reports and underwriting loans Sales and service mindset with cross-selling ability NMLS registration or ability to obtain Notary Public certification or willingness to acquire Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with financial software systems and digital banking platforms Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities Marketing and promotional skills Why Join Us?
