Hourly rate of pay is negotiable based on experience, with a range of $22.00 to $26.00 per hour The Merrimack is looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused Loan Operations Representative to join our talented team at our Foundry office in Concord, NH. What Youll DoRespond to a variety of inquiries by phone and email, providing helpful and timely supportDeliver quality service to internal and external customers by providing accurate responses and following established service and complaint-resolution proceduresAssist with servicing loans throughout the loan lifecycle, from opening through closingProcess payments to private mortgage insurance (PMI) companies and review loans with PMI to recommend cancellation of coverage when appropriateComplete periodic reviews of loan collateral to help ensure appropriate holds are in placeTrack motor vehicle titles, UCC filings, and recorded mortgages to help ensure liens are perfected, and complete related core system maintenanceReview loan billing statements and notices for accuracy and completeness as neededSupport quality control reviews of imaged loan documents to help maintain accurate recordsWhat Were Looking ForAt least two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writingProficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office productsWorking knowledge of applicable loan regulationsAnalytical problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience working with core operating systems required; Jack Henry Silverlake experience preferredReliable, independent means of transportation Why Join UsAt The Merrimack, we are committed to building genuine relationships through exceptional customer service, collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
