Core Responsibilities :
1. Payoff statements preparation for mortgages, HELOCs and consumer loans. 2. Processing requests for verification of mortgages and consumer loans. 3. Reviews and posting of lockbox payments, adjustments and corrections. 4. Reports review and update (mail code, SS# changes and others). 5. Payments posting and re-deposit NSF checks. 6. Creating AFT and ACH for mortgages and consumer loans. 7. AFT and ACH corrections, updates and cancellations. 8. Prepare Satisfaction of Mortgage document for paid off loans and complete requests for Assignment of Mortgage. 9. Prepare cover page for county clerk office for satisfaction document recording. 10. Prepare cancelation or discharge of mortgage. 11. Prepare and transfer closed mortgage files to the Document Control Department. 12. Set up modification on the system. 13. Checks disbursement to DMV and County Clerk offices. 14. Prepare cover page for HELOC and sending to the county clerk office for recording. 15. Monitor titles and lien releases. 16. Review of disbursed vehicle and consumer loan files. 17. Post-Closing review of mortgage files. 18. Follow-up to ensure that essential recorded and not recorded documents are received. 19. Monitor all loans discrepancies and track unsolved issues. 20. Address change update on FICS system. 21. Property taxes monitoring. 22. Tax and Insurance disbursement and analysis. 23. Monitoring and updating expired insurance policies. 24. Handle telephone inquiries from members, attorneys and other financial institutions. 25. Provide assistance for member(s) regarding their existing or closed mortgage and consumer loan(s). 26. Any other duties or responsibilities, as required or assigned.
Requirement:
Three to five years' experience in a financial institution.
Pay:
$22.02 - $27.03 per hour
