Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Representative to join our team. As a Credit Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer credit accounts and ensuring timely payments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment reminders
• Take payments in-store and over the phone
• Assist customers with credit inquiries and provide solutions to resolve any issues
• Process credit applications and evaluate creditworthiness
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes or billing discrepancies
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Conduct outbound calls to customers for collections purposes

Requirements:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems
