We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Representative to join our team. As a Credit Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer credit accounts and ensuring timely payments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong communication and analytical skills.Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment reminders
- Take payments in-store and over the phone
- Assist customers with credit inquiries and provide solutions to resolve any issues
- Process credit applications and evaluate creditworthiness
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes or billing discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for collections purposes
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
