Job Description

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist. Primary Responsibilities
  •  Review, research, and resolve investor reporting variances using ICE servicing systems and internal reporting tools.
  •  Perform loan-level analysis and correct reporting exceptions prior to investor remittance cycles.
  •  Generate and validate investor reporting and remittance data for FNMA portfolios.
  •  Ensure timely and accurate investor remittances in accordance with investor guidelines.
  •  Reconcile investor portfolios and custodial accounts to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  •  Research and resolve investor inquiries, reporting discrepancies, and remittance exceptions.
  •  Prepare wires, general ledger entries, and cash transactions supporting investor reporting activities.
  •  Partner with Investor Accounting and servicing departments to clear reconciling items and resolve operational issues.
  •  Assist with servicing transfers, boarding of new investors, and repurchase transactions.
  •  Support regulatory exams, internal audits, and compliance reviews through data analysis and documentation.

  •  5+ years of mortgage servicing, investor reporting, loan accounting, or related servicing operations experience.
  •  Direct experience with ICE Mortgage Technology servicing systems (MSP or related ICE servicing platforms) required.
  •  Experience supporting Fannie Mae (FNMA) Investor Reporting activities preferred.
  •  Working knowledge of mortgage servicing investor guidelines, remittance processes, and reporting requirements.
  •  Understanding of loan-level accounting, reconciliations, and cash management functions.
  •  Knowledge of servicing transfers, loan acquisitions, loan sales, and investor onboarding activities.
  •  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Mortgage Banking, or related field.
Experience with FNMA Investor Reporting.
