Job Description

Digital Banking Specialist Act as primary liaison post-sale to ensure proper set up and training of all new and existing digital banking clients. 100% Complete setup and on-going maintenance of all digital banking products and services Research and troubleshoot customer issues Customer training Support and assist team operations in projects and assignments
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years financial services experience preferred Digital banking products/services experience Customer service experience Payments industry knowledge Deposit account servicing experience Ability to multi-task Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Well organized Strong customer service skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Eligibility requirements may differ for each benefit or program.
