We are seeking a detail-oriented and member-focused Senior Loan Servicing Representative to support our Real Estate Lending team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in loan servicing while providing exceptional service to members, colleagues, investors, vendors, and other external partners. If you have mortgage servicing experience, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in accuracy and customer service, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Senior Loan Servicing Representative, you will: Provide prompt, professional service to members by phone, in person, and through other communication channels. Process a variety of loan servicing transactions, including: Title work Loan payoffs Skip payments Loan servicing documentation Real estate tax collections Complete new loan set-up and funding transactions. Monitor and service adjustable-rate loans, including payment and rate changes. Perform escrow analysis and manage tax and insurance disbursements. Process loan corrections, adjustments, and amortization calculations. Prepare and submit timely reporting to investors, insurers, government agencies, and vendors. Balance general ledger accounts and process professional fee payments. Conduct quality control reviews and audits of loan files. Provide backup support and training assistance to other loan servicing team members. Build strong member relationships and enhance the overall member experience through every interaction. Qualifications Required Education High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience Minimum of 12 months of hands-on experience within the last 5 years processing or servicing first mortgage loans Required Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organization and time management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to learn and use financial software and systems Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (must pass Excel assessment) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment What Makes You Successful The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Professionalism and sound judgment Strong interpersonal skills A positive, member-first attitude Initiative and resourcefulness Commitment to accuracy and compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards Physical Requirements Primarily seated office environment with some standing and walking Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally Frequent computer and phone use
