MUST:
1+ year of strong data entry experience Ability to Review a check and make sure there is a signature and date + Ability to Go in and key a certain account number + Ability to Key an amount on a check Open and sort mail that comes in Highschool diploma Reliable and professional Ability to pass credit and background check
PLUS:
Been in a lockbox role at a bank before
DAY TO DAY
Process incoming payments and deposits in accordance with established banking procedures, customer specifications, including document review and interpertation, data entry for posting funds to customer accounts, transmitting account information to internal departments and customers, and transaction balancung and reconciliation.
