Role:
Collector (Bilingual Spanish)
Pay:
$34.00/hour

Schedule:
    Training:
    o First 2 days: 8:00 AM
    • 5:00 PM CST o Remaining training period: 9:00 AM
    • 6:00 PM CST o Monday
    • Friday o Training is 100% onsite
    Regular Schedule:
    o Monday
    • Friday, 9:00 AM
    • 6:00 PM CST o Hybrid schedule after training o 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
    Start Date:
    August 31, 2026 (Tentative) What you'll do:
    • Collect delinquent payments on early-stage accounts (1-30 days past due).
    • Contact customers by phone and written communication to secure payment commitments.
    • Negotiate payment arrangements and offer solutions for customers experiencing financial difficulties.
    • Resolve delinquent accounts while delivering a positive customer experience.
    • Conduct research to locate customers when contact attempts are unsuccessful.
    • Review customer records, contact references, and update demographic information as needed.
    • Utilize approved investigative tools and internet resources to obtain current customer and collateral information.
    • Maintain compliance with all company policies, strategies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor account performance and support portfolio objectives through effective collections practices.
    • Achieve performance goals related to cure rates, roll rates, productivity, call quality, and adherence.
    • Identify and escalate risks, process issues, and operational concerns when appropriate.
    • Collaborate with teams across Mexico and the United States to provide a seamless customer experience.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations regarding current processes and training materials.
    • Support inbound and outbound call volume for Car and Van accounts .
    Requirements:
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Customer service-focused mindset.
    • Proficiency with PC and computer systems.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and effectively.
    • Experience handling collections, customer service, account resolution, or related financial services work preferred .
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and compliance requirements.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance goals.
