Credit and Adjustment Representative ☆ United States, Texas, STEPHENVILLE Permanent / Regular Sales Hybrid Apply Why do we need you ? As a Credit and Adjustment Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by investigating and resolving customer claims, credits, debits, and returns. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, develop effective solutions, and ensure claims are resolved accurately and in compliance with company policies. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys analyzing issues, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and serving as a trusted liaison to customers. Is this job for you ?
