Job Description Overview Loan Negotiator Location:
Chesterbrook, PA- hybrid schedule JG Wentworth partners with lenders who specialize in consolidation loans for debt settlement clients looking to accelerate the settlement and payoff of their enrolled debt. Once approved, the Loan Negotiator plays an extremely important role in this process by negotiating settlements on any outstanding debt and consulting with clients on the benefits of the loan and graduation from the program. This unique role requires excellent sales, customer service and organizational skills. Responsibilities Meet and exceed production targets for loan originations, settlements and program fees. Manage a book of clients and their debts through loan approval, funding and graduation from the debt settlement program. Maintain exceptional conversions through the lending pipeline for all applicable metrics. Use phone, email, and text to communicate a transparent process and help identify the best solution for each client. Negotiate lump sum settlements on behalf of our clients, leveraging loan funds for more favorable results. Submit program payoff details so lender can package and present loan terms to the client. Finalize all settlement and program payouts to prepare clients for program graduation. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills - attention to detail! Microsoft Excel proficient and CRM adaptable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Problem solving skills - ability to utilize creative thinking to solve problems A team player with strong work ethic Positive attitude and coachable The skills mentioned above only describe the essential job functions and are not intended to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.
