Job Description
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or educationDesired Qualifications:
Asset-based lending and syndicated loan servicing experience, including complex transactions involving multiple lenders Experience leading complex remediation and escalation efforts across commercial loan servicing or asset-based lending operations Experience evaluating servicing, process, system, or control issues, determining root cause, and driving corrective actions through sustainable resolution Advanced knowledge of commercial loan servicing, including settlements, interest and fee calculations, amendments, payoffs, reconciliations, and portfolio maintenance Experience interpreting complex credit, loan, or participation agreements Experience with commercial loan servicing systems, system conversions, technology implementations, or user testing Demonstrated ability to evaluate commercial loan servicing risk, develop recommendations, and influence decisions across multiple teams Experience communicating complex loan servicing issues and resolution strategies to clients, lenders, business partners, and senior leadersJob Expectations:

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
