Job Description

The Senior Member Advisor will act as point of contact for our members. In this role you will efficiently address loan/share inquiries received. The Senior Member Advisor will demonstrate the REV brand by building strong member relationships and providing competent, courteous, and concerned service to all members. Interviews and assists members with applications for memberships, shares, loans, and junior real estate. Calculates terms, finance charges, insurance rates, etc. on loans for proper disclosure on promissory notes. Gathers all required information to gain loan approval within limits of loan authority. Disburses loans promptly and accurately. Closes loan applications in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures. Prepares miscellaneous documents and reports and maintains related records. Ensures that services are provided in accordance with established Credit Union policies and are legally compliant. Ensures interviews and service requests are properly documented. Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned. High School diploma 1-3 years of relevant experience
