Immediate hiring need What You'll Do As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to manage past-due accounts, discuss payment options, and help resolve delinquent balances.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Contacting customers regarding past-due loan accounts by phone, email, and written communication Discussing and negotiating payment arrangements Helping customers resolve delinquent accounts Documenting collection activity accurately in company systems Monitoring account status and following up on outstanding balances Answering customer questions and researching account information Meeting established collection goals, productivity standards, and performance metrics Using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel , and internal systems Maintaining professionalism and following company policies and applicable regulations Working closely with the team and management to meet department goals What Makes You a Great Fit? Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Additional education is a plus but not required.

Experience:
