Job description: Neighborhood Title Loans, LLC is seeking career-minded individuals to join our team. This role involves engaging directly with customers, processing loans, handling collections, and delivering outstanding service throughout the entire loan cycle.

Responsibilities include:

Managing loan applications and approvals Building and maintaining customer relationships Contacting customers for collection of past-due loans Handling cash and general office tasks Providing full-cycle customer service Ideal candidates will have: Strong customer service and communication skills Cash handling or collections experience (preferred) Dependability and self-motivation Time management skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Experience in banking, retail, or rent-to-own is a plus
