We're looking for a Member Solutions Center (MSC) Agent to join our fast-paced call center team, helping members with their financial needs without the traditional branch setting. You'll connect with members primarily by phone, while also providing support through text, chat, email, and other channels. From answering account questions and processing transactions to troubleshooting digital banking and identifying the right products and services, you'll be a go-to resource for our members. What You'll Do Assist members with account inquiries and resolve member issues through phone, text, chat, email, or other channels in a courteous and professional manner. Provide excellent service by offering and educating our members on Openland and partner products and services identified during member interactions, making and sending referrals whenever possible. Provide routine information concerning credit union services or policies, including eligibility for membership, how to apply for membership, types of accounts available, office locations, directions, and telephone services. Provide and explain account history and balances and accurately process account transactions, including transfers and loan payments, at members' request. Process member check orders using online check-order software. Assist the Collections Department in collecting on delinquent loans by researching the cause of delinquency and correcting the problem to bring the loan current. Assist members with electronic services, including Digital Banking, remote deposit capture, and the automated phone system. Process payments from external accounts. Assist members with credit and debit card issues, including fraudulent and disputed transactions and replacement of lost or stolen cards. Assist members with incoming and outgoing wires. Determine eligibility for loan skip-a-pay and process skips. Perform back-office tasks as assigned. To be successful in this role, you'll need: High school diploma or GED. Up to six months of similar or related experience, including experience in similar or preparatory positions. Strong communication and active-listening skills with the ability to provide professional service across multiple channels. Ability to learn new systems, processes, products, and technology. Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle member information and financial transactions. A team-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership of member needs. Ability to talk, listen, and speak clearly by telephone. Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
