BASIC FUNCTION
Assist customers over the phone and in person while performing various other duties, and maintaining open communication with co-workers, supervisors, and management, while providing professional and courteous service. Processes bank's loans from beginning to end. Effectively interacts with Credit Officers, Branch Manager and other staff to provide additional information regarding credit/industry analysis. Participates in training programs for staff, new employees and bank personnel; assumes an active role in credit training for new hires. Protects bank's image by keeping information confidential. Accuracy and attention to detail in accordance with loan terms, with regulations and guidelines. Increases job knowledge by staying up to date on credit industry trends Accomplishes bank mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Loan Documentation Experience, Knowledgeable with UCC Lending, analytical and general math Skills, Objectivity, Excellent Communication, Organization, Time Management, and Financial Skills Job Specifications
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent required
EXPERIENCE
2 years previous experience preferred
Working Conditions:
Office environment High exposure to computer usage, occasional lifting of boxes up to 25 pounds
