Directs the implementation of an assessment program for a college, which supports the accreditation process. Collects and interprets data in support of assessment program. 1. Develops and implements methods and procedures to administer assessment program. 2. Assists with the organization, development and maintenance of institutional effectiveness in support of the assessment program., 3. Evaluates learning objectives and develops measurement instruments to analyze outcomes. 4. Collaborates with departments to collect assessment data. 5. Analyzes assessment data using research methodologies and applicable software applications. 6. Develops survey instruments and analyzes survey results. 7. Prepares and disseminates reports of data and analysis. 8. Develops training materials and trains staff in assessment evaluations and measurements. 9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Experience will be considered in lieu of education. Education will be considered in lieu of experience. Required Attachments byCandidate:
Resume, Cover Letter/Letter of Application Minimum Qualifications (MQ): Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience. All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check.
