Job Description

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support underbanked consumers with short-term credit and financial services. In this fast-paced branch role, you will assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers with loan applications, account inquiries, payments, and product education. You'll follow strict compliance and documentation standards while delivering friendly, accurate service. We offer training, performance incentives, and advancement opportunities in consumer lending, operations, and leadership within a performance-driven, customer-focused culture. Responsibilities Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer support for consumer lending and financial service products via phone, in-person, and online channels Explain loan terms, payment options, and financial product features clearly and compliantly to underbanked customers Process applications, verify documentation, and complete transactions accurately in the branch system Handle account inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex complaints while maintaining high service standards Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and privacy requirements in all customer interactions Meet performance goals for service quality, accuracy, call/visit handling, and sales of appropriate financial products Educate customers on responsible use of credit and available payment or assistance options Collaborate with branch and operations teams to improve processes and customer experience Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and follow-up documentation Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, systems, and compliance guidelines Required Skills Bilingual Spanish/English communication Customer service in financial services or retail Consumer lending or loan processing basics Data entry and accuracy in transaction systems Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance basics Call handling and de-escalation Cash handling and payment processing CRM or customer account software use Documentation and record-keeping Time management in a fast-paced environment
