Hours:
8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday -
Friday Pay:
$20.00/hr. or possibly higher depending on experience. This is a fully in-office position located at the Canyon View Credit Union Financial Center in West Jordan, UT.
Your Purpose will be:
The person in this position will be responsible for providing servicing and support for consumer loans, including employee support, processing payoffs, servicing backend products, insurance, etc. Also, every employee is responsible for fulfilling our
Mission Statement:
"We elevate our members' financial experience through best-in-class service and solutions." What you'll do: Manage and complete all insurance and employee reports - including mailing notice of changes in coverage and rates. Verify all collateral-secured consumer loans have insurance, including CPI, and work the reconciliation reporting. Work with Insurance companies, dealerships, members, and LCC to assist with back-end product cancellations, GAP submissions and benefit posting. Process and post-consumer loan payoffs and assist with releasing the Credit Union's security interest. Process and post indirect chargeback checks. Update and sign letter of guarantee requests. Assist with phone inquiries from credit union branches, departments, and members, including MSC escalation calls regarding consumer loans. Process loan marketing incentives. Quote Lease Payoffs to front line staff. Assist members with end of lease processes. Provide support to Title Clerks. Other duties as assigned. Understands the Bank Secrecy Act and how it is applied.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
One to two years experience working with auto Insurance, dealerships, lending, titles, or Credit Union experience preferred. Must have High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D. Proficient with standard office business machinery and software. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Works primarily in an office environment.
