Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, start time is between 9:00-10:00 a.m. and end time is between 5:30-6:30 p.m. Exact schedule to be discussed and agreed upon during the interview. New hires may qualify for a $500 hiring bonus.Key Job Functions:
Delinquent account outreach- Monitor past‑due loans and connect with Members consistently and compassionately. Financial counseling
- Provide personalized solutions that strengthen Members financial well‑being. Payment processing
- Post delinquent loan payments accurately and in line with policy.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education- High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute. Experience
- One to three years of similar or related experience; preferably in a credit union, financial institution, or call center. Communication
- Clear, confident communication with a Member‑first mindset. Multitasking
- Ability to juggle priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Policy & legal document skills
- Comfortable interpreting garnishments, judgments, and bankruptcy filings. Physical Requirements
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
