Collections Specialist Location Richmond, VA | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay:
$15.50/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
ROLE IMPACT
Support the client's asset recovery operations by managing a portfolio of defaulted real estate-secured loan accounts. Success in this role is measured by accurate account management, timely coordination with foreclosure partners, and efficient progression of assets through the disposition process.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Manage a pipeline of defaulted loan accounts secured by real property. Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to support account progression. Update account records accurately and maintain documentation. Prepare bids and move eligible accounts into Real Estate Owned (REO) status. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of assigned accounts.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with default servicing, collections, foreclosure, or loss mitigation. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
