L0823 Subaru of Sterling Subaru of Sterling Subaru of Sterling is Looking for Loaner Desk Agents/ Service BDC to support our Service department!
Pay:
$20 to $22
Hourly Schedule:
Full-time; Saturday availability is required. Reports to Service Manager Why Join Our Team? At Subaru of Sterling , we believe in promoting from within and investing in our people. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship from experienced technicians, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Assure proper check in/check out of loaner vehicles upon client departure/return. Assess loaners for excessive mileage, damage, fuel level and overall cleanliness. Remind clients to remove all personal belongings including, garage door openers, etc. Assure loaner check in/check out process is operating with maximum efficiency with a consistent flow throughout the service drive. Assist Loaner Agent in the preparation of new loaner vehicle units and the retirement of expired units. What You'll Bring No experience needed Customer-focused Outstanding follow up Convert internet leads to appointment/sales Strong communication skills -verbal and written Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency Highly organized with attention to detail Total Rewards The hourly for this position is $20 to $22. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
