What You'll Do Assure proper check in/check out of loaner vehicles upon client departure/return. Assess loaners for excessive mileage, damage, fuel level and overall cleanliness. Remind clients to remove all personal belongings including, garage door openers, etc. Assure loaner check in/check out process is operating with maximum efficiency with a consistent flow throughout the service drive. Assist Loaner Agent in the preparation of new loaner vehicle units and the retirement of expired units.
