FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn . While prior import experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong organizational skills, professionalism, communication abilities, and a genuine interest in developing a career in international logistics and importing. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Perform accurate data entry and maintain shipment records Follow up with carriers regarding shipment status and provide timely updates Prepare invoices for freight transportation Review and verify import and customs documentation Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate customs clearance and arrange applicable duties Arrange trucking and transportation services based on customer requirements Communicate with overseas agents, carriers, rail companies, CFS facilities, customs brokers, and importers to coordinate shipments Monitor shipments and help ensure timely delivery Assist with resolving shipment-related issues and discrepancies Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the import process Provide general administrative and operational support to the import team The selected candidate will also possess: Bilingual in Mandarin and English required 1+ year of import, freight forwarding, logistics, or related experience preferred Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in the import/logistics industry are encouraged to apply Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Well-organized, efficient, punctual, and reliable Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Professional and customer-service-oriented approach

Salary Range:
