Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry Clerk Manager to lead our administrative and logistics entry operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of data entry processes, ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations, and coordinate logistics activities across various departments. Duties Manage compliance with OSHA safety standards, FDA regulations, and transportation safety regulations across all logistics functions. Oversee customs brokerage management and customs regulations compliance to facilitate smooth import/export processes. Utilize global trade management software and Excel for detailed data analysis, reporting, and audit preparation. Coordinate with freight carriers, transportation teams, and fleet management to optimize logistics operations while adhering to regulatory requirements. Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met accurately and promptly, including risk management documentation. Lead training initiatives on trade compliance, export/import procedures, and safety protocols for team members. Skills Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards, FDA regulations, and transportation safety regulations. Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and freight operations within a global trade context. Proficiency in customs clearance management, customs brokerage processes, and international trade regulations. Experience with regulatory compliance management tools such as Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines and trade compliance systems. Technical proficiency in using global trade management software, Excel data analysis tools, and report writing techniques. Ability to manage complex import/export workflows while ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and policies. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on logistics compliance, transportation management, fleet oversight, and risk mitigation strategies.
