Main Responsibilities Review shipping instructions and export documentation. Validate invoices, packing lists, SLI, MAWB, HAWB, and other required documents. Monitor cut-off times, cargo acceptance, flight departures, and shipment status. Prepare and send pre-alerts and operational updates. Identify documentation discrepancies and request corrections. Update shipment records in the operating system. Support AES/EEI filing and export compliance requirements. Follow up with customers, airlines, carriers, agents, and internal teams. Report delays, exceptions, damages, and operational issues. Support urgent, AOG, COMAT, and special cargo shipments when required. Requirements Previous experience in export operations, freight forwarding, or international logistics. Knowledge of air export processes and shipping documentation. Familiarity with Incoterms, AES/EEI, and export compliance. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CargoWise. Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, AOG, aerospace, or time-critical shipments. This position requires on-site work
Languages:
Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). Analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
