Job Title :
Export Logistics Coordinator, Puerto Rico - Jax Site 32209
Job Summary:
The Puerto Rico Export Logistics Coordinator provides support on processing ocean export documentation for Puerto Rico Southbound FAK and Direct full containers.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive, review and process freight shipment documents for sailing Handle export ocean shipments documents Submit timely documentation to steamship lines Request weekly booking numbers and arrange containers pickups at JAX site Follow up with shippers or customers on documentation needed to complete sailing paperwork (SDS/Commercial invoice) Receive, active and bill all drop off shipment at JAX Site Complete all entrance on system for tracking information updates on JAX sailing and SJN arrivals Complete AES filing process for all customers with shipments over $2500 value Process all containers on TFF Nite Voyage Program Place notes on freight damages/shortage Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S Export Ocean Industry Knowledge Multitasking-Managing multiple shipments and drop shipments simultaneously Strong written and verbal skills- English & Spanish Must be extremely detailed oriented and organized Must be a team player and able to work independently Strong customer service communication skills Must work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment IMDG certified a plus (preferred) On-Site position
Job Requirements:
U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. � Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself Must be able to work flexible schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Work, Outlook, Access, etc.) preferred Demonstrates leadership abilities preferred
