Pay Range:

$45,000 - $58,000 YOUR ROLE Part of a shared service center that operates for multi branches, the Customs Entry Specialist processes the Customs Entry in a timely manner and with accuracy.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Receives import files to clear through Customs
• Ensure import clearance files are compliant with US Customs regulations
• Resolve and Communicate clearance issues with internal team members and with customers
• Prioritize shipments based on ETA or other factors
• Process customs bonds as needed
• Process steel licenses as needed
• Communicate entry release
• Ensure each file is invoiced correctly
• Help identify areas that need improvement
• Assist with new customer implementation
• Stays up to date with current regulations with US Customs
