Coordinate air/ocean import shipments end-to-end Manage data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Foster customer relations, work directly with customers on quoting rates, booking entries, etc Maintain open line of communication with international agency network Use strong problem resolution skills to provide an elite level of customer care
