At Radius, you'll manage ocean shipments from arrival through final delivery while working directly with customers, steamship lines, overseas agents, truckers, warehouses, customs brokers, and our operations team. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of international shipments and develop your career in a growing global logistics company. What You'll Do Manage Ocean Import shipments from pre-alert through final delivery Review and prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, arrival notices, and other import documentation Coordinate with steamship lines, truckers, overseas agents, warehouses, and customs brokers Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, holds, documentation issues, and other exceptions Coordinate U.S. Customs clearance and ensure shipments move efficiently through the import process Communicate directly with customers and keep them informed throughout the shipment Review Incoterms, HTS classifications, and import requirements Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation in CargoWise Verify charges, coordinate billing, and ensure shipments are properly closed Work closely with our operations and brokerage teams to deliver a high level of customer service What We're Looking For 2+ years of Ocean Import experience Freight forwarding or customs brokerage experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of U.S. import procedures, Incoterms, and HTS Experience with import documentation and customs clearance CargoWise experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive "get it done" attitude and ability to solve problems independently Why Join Radius?
