Knowledge of Ocean Imports, Chicago Rail Yards and Steamship lines. Knowledge of Customs and Border Protection. Knowledge of the Importing process and Customs Clearances. Resolve daily concerns and issues with customers both internal and external. Customer Service - communicate timely, clearly and accurately to all parties. Ability to enter documents into our computer system accurately and in a timely manner. Scan, and index documents into imaging system. Uphold the expected service level. Ability to work under pressure. Mult-tasking and attention to detail is a priority.
