Job DescriptionEnsure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Air Import department.

Smooth and timely freight flow.

Accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.

Track and trace Air Import files as required.

Daily monitoring of in-transit delays & update of the appropriate event codes.

Timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments.

Ensure documents are timely sent to outside brokers for customs purposes.

Always meet compliance with regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer's policies / requirements.

Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)QualificationsEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.

Pro-active, strong organizational skills, work well in a fast-paced environmentGood computer skills (Excel, Word).College Degree preferred
