8am to 5pm Job Summary Will be working on Tariff mitigation project to start and then transitioning to Customs Data Role after project

) Job Responsibilities Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process. Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations. Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule or Schedule B commodity codes. Creating Proforma Invoices, Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, Filing Shippers Export Declarations Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System, Shipment Tracking and Follow Up Logistics Coordinating/Assistance, Compliance/Audit, Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices. Read US Regulations and make determinations Working with Engineers and different product groups on technical specs and making determinations Education High School Diploma or
G.E.D. 0-3
