Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, distributors, and internal teams
• Receive and process unit and parts orders from customers, sales, distributors, and subsidiaries
• Accurately enter and validate orders within the company system
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via ground and air freight
• Obtain shipment specifications and communicate requirements to freight carriers and forwarders
• Manage import and export bookings, including routing and scheduling
• Initiate and coordinate pickups and deliveries with authorized agents and freight forwarders
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including commercial and customs/regulatory documents in accordance with country-specific impot/export regulations
• Ensure compliance with letters of credit and other purchase order requirements
• Identify and resolve shipment issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with customers, foreign agents, and internal teams through high-volume email and phone interactions
• Provide delivery updates to the Sales team and other stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in import and/or export operations
• Knowledge of U.S. an international import/export laws and regulations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe
