Air Export Specialist

Job Description

[ Position ​​​​​] Air Export Specialist(Tentative) ​​​​​​​[ Essential Duties ​​​​​​​] ・
Operations & Booking:
Plan and arrange daily air export shipments; negotiate and secure cargo space with commercial airlines and charter carriers. ・
Documentation:
Prepare and process accurate export documentation, including Master Air Waybills (MAWB), House Air Waybills (HAWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with industry regulations. ・
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise directly with airlines, ground handling agents, and local trucking companies to schedule timely pickups, airport deliveries, and line-hauls. ・
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for export customers, providing status updates, rate quotes, and prompt resolution of inquiries or issues. ・
Cargo Tracking & Exception Handling:
